Situated on Sturt Road Marion its ideally located some 8kms from the city centre and 4kms from the tourist centre of Glenelg.

The Marion Club, is the only club in South Australia to operate 5 tiff dwarf greens and the quality of the greens in terms of pace and presentation is unsurpassed. The number of greens allows for regular rotation throughout the year ensuring that an excellent surface is available at all times.

Greens are open during the off season and games are played on a regular basis weather permitting.

If you are looking for a great day or night of fun where you can have a drink
and a nibble (or perhaps a three course meal) and get those competitive
juices flowing then you have come to the right place.

We provide lawn bowl parties and functions at one of South Australia’s
premier bowling facilities, right here at Marion Bowling Club.

All you need is your bare feet (socks or flat soled shoes are ok too)!
The Club can supply you with bowls and we have a great band of
experienced bowlers that will get you started and offer you any help you need.

At the finish of the games and sit back to enjoy a sausage sizzle, a drink
and chat about the day’s accomplishment. Cost for the day can be
tailored to suit your budget.

Open to all ages, it provides a great alternative for birthday parties,
staff functions or any family get together. So round up the rellies,
neighbours, friends and family, come and have a fun day and
give bowls a go!
